Any member who accumulates more than 10 negative feedbacks on "FLAKING" (a term used for agreeing to buying something in an AGREEMENT & end up not paying for the item) will be removed from the BUYER/SELLER user group & will be placed under the "SERIAL FLAKER" rank.
