<i>lmaooo, atleast you did 5 days haha, i only lasted 2 days lost 1 pound, is very hard lol, I need someone to motivate me all 10 days. btw im gonna see if I can do this again next week. :D

just eat either beef and eggs
the moar the merrier
if u dont gain weight eat moar
same applies to losing but moar cardio :lol:

thing is water attaches itself to startchy carbs such as fries rice etc so if one were to consume very minimal carbs so protein would keep the weight, take veggies as fiber to pull even more water out, and probalby a fruit or 2 as fructose kinda works differently and its good 4 u :D

u cant really get fatter off of protein as your metabolism rises with the more protein u take as u burn more calories digesting protein

and too much carbs would actually just store as body fat if u dont work out along with hold moar water weight

if u feel drained out due to no carbs u shud be taking in good fats as well >.> as fat as an energy source works alot moar optimal then carbs in the long run

I'm deffffffinatly wanting to lose weight. I cut down eating fast foods working out more, and I recently got into my schools varsity softball team and they go hard on running and stuff anddd I do salsa and play tennis alott so I hope by prom I'm gunna be looking goooood8) haha

I need to lose 20 pounds by April. So I've cut from eating fast foods and eating out at restaurants. I'm going to to the gym 5 days a week for 30-1hour of just cardio and eating more fruits and veggies and yes water water and water.. So we'll see how it works out

I stopped drinking pop, but i need to lose weight longterm, im only 5'1 :(

Well as females at a certain age your metabolism starts to change as well as your body.
If you're young, you can eat like crazy and not exercise as much but as you get older you'll see the changes.
To stay fit basically like some ladies said, stay motivated. Go to the gym, run, or do INSANITY!!!
But it's good to have a gym buddy cuz honestly, I can't really just workout by myself. So, I always drag someone along with me. But swimming is good too! Don't use fat burner stuff cuz to me, it's just cheating yourself. Plus, if you use em, you have to constantly work out while taking them. Be all natural!
