I don't know if there a topic on here about it, but I see topics saying gaininq weight. I know there's a couple of people out there who wouldn't mind dropping a few couples pounds [I know i wouldn't]

Have weight issues? Gain weight over the summer?[like me!] let's talk about it! Share your stories! Even if you lost weight. Pleaseee share you stories I would love to here it

I used to play bball for my school and used to be fit and than I didn't play anymore and started gaining weight... got to like 185 and Im 5'8... Ive started playing bball again and working out.. since Dec.. and Ive lost 15 pounds.. but its because im lifting weights also.. burning fat without losing muscle.

Oh wOw. I dnt do spOrts soo tht realy sucksz for me the only sports tht I do are the ones the want me to play in qym.

It's not really the sports in general that help you lose weight, but if you have a sport you like it keeps you motivated basically... because a lot of people want to lose weight but after a few days get off their routine and do the same shit as before.

i need to lose weight so i can look amazingg in my prom dress lol
so im tryig to cut out the junk food & going to the gym like 3 or 4 times a week.
it helpss :D

I just eat apples, and have one normal sized meal for dinner.
no good or bad outcomes yet, it has only been three days haha. Doc this morning said I have a perfect Body mass index..which made me go to maccas for a celebratory mcmuffin

I cut down on fast food and soda lols
its helping.
and its better to eat small portions of food through out the day than to eat 3 full meals.

well the no soda/juice thing kinda works. lost like 2.5lbs i was veryy happy!

im tryna lose weight so i can look decent in my new swimsuit
lol
so basically
im sticking to this routine
of controlled carb/fat intake
im also experimenting with the four day diet atm
and in general what helps is drinkin a lot of water
it sorta helps to curb ur apetite and significantly increases metabolism in some ppl
and also at least 5 minutes of any sort of exercise each day helps to keep off unwanted flab

hope it helps=)

drinking milk is a good way to maintain a healthy weight. [i`m not really into milk like that so i drink chocolate milk..even tho it`s probly more calories, at least it`s milk! haha]

right now i`m cutting out fast food & soda [ which is gonna be SOOOO hard!!]. i`m trying to make smarter decisions with my eating, like instead of cookies or an egg & cheese sandwich for breakfast, i`m eating banannas & multi-grain bagles. . and eating salad for lunch and home cooked food for dinner. for snacks i eat; sunchips, more fruits or cereal[who doesn`t love cereal]

i`ve i`ve been looking up videos on youtube & doing pilates in my room to make my butt look nice ;]. and i plan on going running every other day or every 2 days.. i`m not ttrying to go on a major diet or be the skinniest thing yet, that would be way too hard for me. most of the foods i looove are carb-o-licious. i`m just trying to tone my body and get rid of the extra pounds in my mid-section

all this is so harddd. i will def be eating fast food every once in a while, you can`t live your life on a diet. it`s just you can`t eat it all the time and not expect to gain weight. and think about your future! our bodies are gonna hate us for all the greasy food we eat ;/
