Easiest way to lose weight is play alot of sports or be active... eat less, but Eat... its important for protein and energy.... no fast food,no soda, no junk food... and eat grilled chicken stuff like that but a portion no bigger than the palm of your hand.

i lose weight in the summer, gain it in the winter. in the summer, i handball like a fiend. seriously, haha. i joined track in september, but it's made me gain weight...i don't look any bigger, it's mostly because of the muscle that makes me weigh more so it's not that bad. in the winter, it sucks because i don't exercise for days.

i've been workinq out at the gym alot now.
im tryna reach my goall ! if i loose alot of weight i could get out of north carolina lol , thats wat my parents said loose weight go somewhere else haha.
soo ive been doing prettty good lately.

i use Livestrong.com ( click on the daily plate link on the site) to track my calories....
its cool because you can set a weight goal but it can change over time, and they tell you how many calories/excerise you can do to reah that goal

i am currently on a low calorie diet i eat 700 calories a day and its helped me to drop weight quick i basically eat salad, sushi and fish and baked chicken and vegetables a lot.. i drink a lot of water and tea as well. so far it has been a month a i have dropped 15 easily.

so i have been going to the gym & eating super healthy.
i have been eating for breakfast, 100 calorie yogurt
lunch: wheat bread with ham && 90 Calorie kelloggs bar
dinner: subway wheat bread with ham && mozarella cheesee
i hope my routine works. i need to lose my stomach fast!!!

and im way over the weight im suppose to be,
its hard loosing weight well for me.
Unlike my friend who eats alot and is a stick,
I eat alot and im a freaking tree.
She says when she dosent eat she gains weight, and
when she does eat she looses weight :/
which is wack.
But I guess its the metabolism stuff I heard it all b4 yada yada yada :p

I got pregoo at the age of 15 , had my son at the age of 16 and now im 17 and still have my baby fat ..I gained like 50 pounds ...for me weight is a very sensitive issue cuz I used to be obsessed wit my weight ...I had a nice figure ...I lost it and idk wat to do to gain it bak ...=[...I get odee deppressed and even cry ...plz help me out sum1 =[

Ugh weight weight weight. the scary scale.
well im very inconsistent when it comes to weight. evrything effects how much i weigh. for example last summer i Down'd 15 pounds bcus i was working my asss off at some supermarket and food was becoming less and less attractive. Then winter rolled around i quit my job and gained abbout 20. Now here i am in spring lookin at bathing suits, shorts, tanks and im under pressure to loose about 25-30 pounds. =/

Although not at all good for my health i think i will b going on the "ONE MEAL A DAY" diet.
Pretty simple 1 meal. 1 time a day. and shed some pounds.
