i gained like 5 pounds during my 2 week spring break >:l
started running laps in school and then my sister suggested the south beach diet lost 7 pounds so far :]

I put on a lot of weight and I'm really self-conscious about it. Diets don't work for me so I started taking pills and that works for me.

My family is big on keeping fit & staying in shape.
& we just all just started on this new diet.

So basically we are on an all NO CARBS diet.
We have small proportions, dont eat fried foods, no soda, or any junk food.
We have like fish, and lots of protein like steak & chicken, & also alot of vetegables. Also drink LOTS & LOTS of water, & during the afternoon or when we have or snacks of fruits or something then we have a protein shake or drink.

then do atleast 30mins of some type of cardio workout.
its just really tough & hard to keep track on but got to stick to it, lik its a KILLER >.<
But hey Im losing weight, I used to weigh 130 now I weigh 115. Really good tho I must say ha.

I took aerobic classes that were offered at my high school as a PE credit, a semester of that, & i dropped a lot of weight & it was fun.


Try it at the gym, I'm thinking about trying Pilate..

Yeah, i think every point in every girls life, theyre tryna lose weight , haha .

I'm tryna lose like 10-15 pounds over summer, its kinda hard tho.
Me&my friend are dieting right now actually ! [= NO fast food [unless its like healthy stuff like salad, grilled chicken and all that stuff] NO soda , 25 sit ups a day and no eating after 8 [even tho people say not to eat after 6] Also we just eat regularly and excercise.

Back in December 07, i did all of that for the whole month and i lost 10 pounds , plus i cheated a few times . So thas why I'ma try and do it again this year. The main area where I wanna lose fat is my stomach . But everything else I dont really trip about.

Ladies, if you wanna lose weight, I suggest you do Wii Fit. It gets you real tired and gives you a greatworkout ! Well, for me it does [= And if you do wanna try to do the diet me&my friend are doing, dont overdo the cheating [=

i have come to the conclusion that there is nothing special about being skinny
the only thing is that tv and all that, it makes it seem cool but there's really nothing special. it doesn't matter how your body is, somebody is gonna love it. and you have to find things to love about it too. lately, i haven't been dieting , i just chill and eat whatever and i do a whole buncha squats and stretch && some leg lifts. just to get my heart rate up and be a lil toned. but hnestly, it doesn't matter! if you're really over weight, i reccomend a diet but if not, whaever! you have to love yourself and realize that nobody is perfect even if theyre skinny..what matters is being healthy and getting all your minerals and nutrients and all that

There's a neat app on the iPhone that lets you track your calories, plus it's free! I use that and I got into the routine of running 3+ miles 5-7 days a week either outside or on an elliptical. It's worked as I've dropped 10 lbs from February to June. Now that it's summer I'm in slack mode.

my mother lost maaaad weight and inches from doing this fat belly diet.. it started off by asking her to make this "sassy water" that had cucumbers lemon i think mint leaves and some other stuff and it was meant to illiminate the water that u mightve held in your belly.. no lie, she lost MAD weight and took off like 5" off of her belly with just the sassy water.. dito and shes so cute cusz even to this day shell still drink it. She continued with the diet plan and ate the food it asked her to.. and the food was GooOOD..

i keep telling my self im gna run the next morning cuhs i gained like.. 10 pounds. hahaha. i always end up not going. and end up eating alot. i dont think i can ever lose weeight.

<i>the master cleanse diet works..... it consist of water, lemon, tsp cayenne pepper, and a spoon of maple syrup grade b.... you dont eat nothing for 10 days but you drink the juice whenever you get hungry. my brother did it for 14 days and already the 8th day he lost madddddddddd weight, it was very weird....and YES this is not healthy even if it contains proteins and sodium, however it really works just have to commit to it and motivate yourself...to me i believe is one of the fastest ways to lose weight... :D
