OMG everyone whose posting the mane & tail is absolutely correct! the shampoo also makes your hair stronger. I had a baldie all around & ive started to grow my hair out and its growing fast. I also use Biotin pills (vitamin b7) which works - its also for skin & nails .. my nails are so much stronger and they grow extremely fast. the biotin pills cant be taken more than once a day .. i think it causes stomach pains and what not but a lot of vitamins usually isnt a good thing.

Biotin supplements work really well. It grows your hair faster EVERYWHERE though.

Omega 3 fats, fish and advocado help hair growth. As well as biotin pills.

I also stopped using flat irons and blow dry my hair once a month, less heat damages causes hair growth as well.
